Quiet the racing mind, release chronic tension, and retrain the subconscious responses that keep anxiety on a loop — so calm becomes your default again, not the exception.
Have you suffered enough?
If anxiety, stress, sleepless nights or old fears keep winning — your subconscious mind already holds the way out. With 18+ years of practice, Sarah helps you find it. Your first consultation is free.
Born in Hitchin, England, Sarah was drawn to hypnosis early — and after experiencing its transformative effects firsthand, she knew she had to help others the same way.
Refusing quick weekend certifications, she completed a rigorous year-long course to earn her A.M.I.H. — Associate of the Midlands Institute in Hypnosis — then trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming at Covent Garden, London under renowned practitioners Julie Silverthorn and John Overdurf.
After relocating to Florida in 2007, Sarah earned her Clinical Hypnotherapist (CHt) qualification at the Florida Institute of Hypnotherapy in Tampa, later adding QHHT, Reiki Master, and Mesa Carrier certifications. Today she brings more than 500 hours of training and 18+ years of practice to every client who walks through the door.
Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state we all pass through daily — just before sleep, upon waking, even while driving a familiar road. In session, a trained hypnotherapist uses that relaxed, focused state to address the thoughts and behaviors holding you back.
From birth to about age seven, the subconscious mind absorbs everything as fact. Many of the beliefs running your life today were written then — and no longer serve you. Using imagery and positive suggestion, we return to those formative moments as the adult you — to heal, repair, and release what no longer belongs.
Most clients describe hypnosis as the drifting calm just before sleep — deeply restful, yet aware and focused the entire time. You leave feeling rested, clear, and lighter than when you arrived.
It works wonderfully alongside care from your doctor or counselor. Hypnotherapy is complementary and non-medical: it doesn't diagnose or treat medical conditions — it changes the patterns underneath them.
Every program begins with a free, confidential consultation at the Sorrento office — around an hour together to talk about what's been happening and build a plan that fits you.
Quiet the racing mind, release chronic tension, and retrain the subconscious responses that keep anxiety on a loop — so calm becomes your default again, not the exception.
Teach your mind to let go at night. Hypnosis helps quiet the late-night mental chatter and re-establish the natural slide into deep, restorative sleep.
Flying, needles, public speaking, driving — phobias are learned responses, and what was learned can be unlearned, gently and at your pace.
Release the outdated childhood beliefs that whisper "you can't," and rediscover the capable, worthy self underneath them.

Yes — hypnosis is a naturally occurring, scientifically supported state of focused relaxation. When you genuinely want to change and are open to helpful suggestion, hypnotherapy helps update outdated beliefs and habits at the subconscious level, often in far fewer sessions than talk-based approaches alone.
No. Hypnosis is not mind control and has nothing to do with the occult. You remain in control the entire time, you cannot be made to do anything against your values, no secrets are revealed, and you will remember everything from your session.
It depends on your goal. Some focused issues are addressed in just a few sessions, while deeper patterns such as anxiety, fears, or confidence typically benefit from a short series. We discuss a realistic plan in your free consultation — no pressure, no surprises.
Deeply relaxing — most clients describe it as the calm, drifting feeling just before sleep, while the mind stays aware and focused. Body asleep, mind awake. You'll leave the session feeling rested and clear.

No. Hypnotherapy is a complementary, non-medical practice. It works wonderfully alongside care from your doctor or licensed mental health provider, but it does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and you should never stop prescribed treatment without consulting your physician.
